Returns & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to cancel your service subscription within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling a subscription is 30 days from the date you received the service login credentials or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the provider, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the subscription, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the service to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The service was purchased in the last 30 days
The service has not been fully accessed or utilized
The following services cannot be returned:
The supply of services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example services that have been fully rendered.
The supply of services which are not suitable for return due to reasons related to the digital nature of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any service that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Services
You are responsible for notifying us regarding the cancellation of the service. You should send your cancellation notice to the following e-mail:

We cannot be held responsible for services accessed or used prior to receiving a cancellation notice. Therefore, we recommend reviewing your decision carefully before utilizing the service.
Gifts:
If the service was marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your cancellation. Once the cancellation is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the service wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the service delivered to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
